David A. Arnold, the comedian who has been around for a long time, the producer of ‘Fuller House’ as well as Netflix actor, has passed away, TMZ confirmed.
His family members tell TMZ …”It It is with deep sadness that we announce the tragic passing of our father, husband and brother, David A. Arnold. David passed away peacefully on the day of his death at home. Doctors have determined the cause of death on natural reasons. We ask that you keep us in your prayers and keep us in your thoughts at this moment as we are all shocked by the loss.”
David’s BFF and comedian Chris Spencer also paid his tributes … “Our tightly connected comedy community mourns that one has passed away. He was one of most renowned comedians comics ever to do it. David was revered among his fellow comedians, loved by fellow veterans, and adored by the emerging comedians taught him. He will be missed deeply and especially loved by the comedy world.”
David was an actor with a variety of talents and stand-up comedian. He was also a producer, and writer of television shows and films. He was a prolific writer and actor with a long collection of Hollywood credits and was recognized as one of the few of Black showrunners working in the industry. He was the writer and producer of “Fuller House” on Netflix as well as “Bigger” on BET+. He also co-created the Nickelodeon show “That Girl Lay Lay.” His most recent comedy show, “It Ain’t For the Weak,” made its debut on Netflix during July.
